i am a gymnast and wieght is very important in gymnastics im a wanna be level 8 and last year sept. i wieghed 105and i was 5 and 2in now i wiegh 117 and am 5ft 3 or 4in. i also have a four pack but where the six pack should be i have a buldge of fat i can sqweeze it and it gows out a inch and i have rolls there when i sit am i fat?????????????? what can i do about the buldge?? ive tried 50 crunches i dont see results
