Subject: Please don't stop eating!!!

When I was in high school, everybody was always so much skinnier then me. I did just what you want to do, I stopped eating. Sure I lost alot of weight but I looked sick and it didn't make a difference how I felt because no matter how much weight I lost it wasn't enough!!! Now, I am 5' 1/2" and I weigh 150 pounds. My problem in high school has created problems for the rest of my life. I now binge eat or starve myelf for days and I can't help it. I just wish I would of been happy with myself in high school and would of ate like a healthy teenager. I gained all my lost weight back and then some after high school. It will happen to you if you don't take care of yourself. Believe me you don't want food to rule your life. Take care
