Subject: I dont have the nerve to puke help!!!

please help me i dont have the nerve to puke and i want to get 50 lbs. skinnier by the end of summer. I am 12 years old, 5'5 and i weigh a large 220 lbs. i need help to puke and i really cant. give me encouragement please! I need it and i cant stop eating at all so... If you have any really good sugestions you can E-mail them to me if you want.
