Subject: i am soo fat... i am 5'8, 128 pounds... help me...

i am so fat plz help me..oh and if anyone knows any tips to help me lose all this fat fast just plz reply!!! i need to know and also is it normal when you are fasting to feel lightheaded and very dizzy??? i dont know....
i want to be around like... 105 or 110 or somethinng.. help
