Racism you say? When did smokers set up their own state? Where's their constitution?

The point about having more and more non-smoking areas has already been pointed out, but I'll re-state it just for you(you don't get service like this just anywhere you know). Until they can make cigarettes that don't make noxious smoke that non-smokers end up having to breathe in aswell, smoking is always an offensive thing to do in non-designated areas.

If you want to whole heartedly maintain the right to smoke, then I want to whole heartedly maintain the right to keep your smoke out of my face and out of my lungs.

Having said all that, is the right to make yourself addicted to something that will ultimately harm your health worth fighting for? It smacks of cutting off your nose to spite your face to me.
