Presumably you applied through UCAS? If so, you should be able to at least check your appy online.
Although, if the course had been cancelled, they would have let you know. Did you get a letter confirming receipt of your application? Try badgering UCAS about it too. Umm, that's all the ideas off the top of my head. Good luck!
