Yeah, but if there are changes you'd make then that in itself is disagreeing with how the management are currently running things. Otherwise, if you didn't have any complaints with how the management work and suddenly became the owner, you would run it exactly as they did.

Sorry if I offended anyone by calling the management 'questionable' (a comment which was probably motivated by the amount of disaffected staff that I know). I think by anyone (including your original post Roger) saying they'd change the place from how it is now, is to say they are questioning how the management run things. What's wrong with that though? It's all constructive criticism. Since this was just a hypothetical discussion (unless you know something I don't know), it seemed harmless to say I don't like this, and I'd do that instead.
