Subject: Dilution?

So, here's the scenario. I converse with an acquaintance of female persuasion - Yes, I do actually _know_ members of the opposite sex who _haven't_ slapped restraining orders on me - anyway, I'm talking and asking if she's out on Saturday.

"I don't know, I might go to Pozition instead."
"Well, you'd better decide before you go out."
"Nah, I usually decide when I get off the bus."
"What...already dressed? Not implying you travel naked of course..."

(I made that bit up just now.)

"Yeah. Why?"
"Well...the dress code is a *little* different between the two clubs."
"Not really. I wear the same thing for both."

I nearly had a seizure. Not about what she said, more the realisation that it _really_ is true! Disgusting but true, I was in that truly humongous queue the Saturday gone, and the number of denim-jackets-with-fake-dead-animal-on-collar, and tops that were more glitter than material was unbelievable. Anybody else noticed, or want to tell me I'm wrong, or meet for intimate dinners and homicide, post away!

In other news, the outside bit is great, Roger - sorry I wasn't too vocal last night but I was smashed, still...I love your camera man! Von Trapp didn't play any of my requests the scally sod, and the doors were open beside the DJ booth. I certainly found it easier, anyone else?
