Subject: Camcorder Assistence

Hello all,
Request for information!
I want a video camera with a decient set of facilities (particularly auto focus) that will plug into my pc and transfer video as a file (so that I don't need any video capture equipment on my pc).
Can anyone recconmend any models and where to get a good price (not really after 2nd hand ones either)?
