A. It's lame to post anonymously.

B. 'Pull up your pants' isn't funny to anyone who's grasped the concept of humour.

C. I suspect you laugh at jokes on 'humourous' xmas cards.

D. 'Shut the fuck up', when accompanied by an exclamation mark, is usually an attempt to give an air of 'I do have an intelligent argument but I'm so like, the joker of the pack, that I say ker-razy things like that all the time'. Truth be told, everyone you ever have an argument with runs rings around you so you summon all the character you have (1.45 litres at last count) and say something 'mad'.
