One persons �20 a week cigarette money isn't going to see the government suffer financial ruin. Nor is the money you don't spend on alcohol. As for health issues, well you can't live for tomorrow until you're certain there will be one, and as no one can be certain, live for right now.

No, you just get tattoos in support of your great and good country, whose government - to quote SOAD - 'utilise drugs to pay for secret wars around the world...drug money is used to rig elections and train brutal corporate-sponsered dictators around the world.'
