If foxes are truely the pest to farming as they are made out to be (can we send in some independent fox inspectors? lol), then they do need to be controlled. That is not to say they necessarily should be hunted, but that is one solution. What the best solution is, I don't know, let the experts decide.

However, it seems to me that the way it is done now (and has been done for centuries) is over kill, and is glorifying something that needs no glorification. Not to mention the sense of social class it serves to perpetuate.

Then again, I've only seen them on TV and heard people talk about them. Has anyone here actually been to one and witnessed all that goes on?
