((Actually, dear Pup, it wasn't. You see, I merely used my power as the rising green to say you didn't atch me. Females say whether a male ctches them or not. I never said if you tried or didn't, just that you didn't suceed in catching her when she was close up. Ahem.))

And nobody understands...

Mesatith gave a bit of a sigh. So, he could dive. That was not all that was important! The mate of the Dragoness would have to prove himself in more ways than one, and prove that he could be gentle with her rider when the time came that A'ron was not her. A'ron was different, and Mesatith knew this, and she wouldn't rest until a male could prove himself!

Mesatith gave an enticing bugle, and swept off towards the water, turning on her wingtip pver her shimmering reflection that was magnified by the glow of her heat. This was wonderful! Flying was so effortless it was almost as if she were merely floating, with no physical strain whatsoever. She was Mesatith. Dragoness of the Skies. And that was enough for her.

However, she was still full of longing, and swam fast along the sea, sending spray up like a trail behind her glowing form. However, her challenge to him was not quite this.

A'ron, back on the ground, wasn't himself in the bits of giggles and draconic comments. However, every once in a while, his true self would pull through. Like now.

He took a shaking step back from M'kern, his eyes showing signs of fear. He let his messy auburn hair cover the brown eyes, so as not to let the other rider know he was afraid, but he couldn't be sure M'kern hadn't caught on.

However, soon he was Mesatith again, giving word to the rider of the next challenge.

"What can you do above the sea? Show me your skills."
