R'ko was pale as they came in from between. Brown Rikkith's eyes swirled with lust, but behind them was the longing to be back with her. With Elith.

They'd never made up, R'ko painfully realized. Valor, his weyrmate, the one girl he ever cared about, was still mad at him, and was not likely to be happier now. However, Rikkith's lust at the sight of their queen, their ruler, was affecting R'ko, too.

Rikkith screamed, and dove, his eyes swirling. Shrineth was a beauty, and she was the most beautiful dragon in the Weyr. Aside from Elith.

Rikkith crouched at the area, ready to spring, his eyes watching the queen and the queen only. Soon, oh so very soon, he would be in the air, following her to every ounce of his ability...

((Heh. Short. but, I promise once the flight starts, they'll be spectacular, if reluctant.))
