Subject: AOL Phone Support

I don't mean to be cruel or anything, but I think the people on the phones at all the support groups that have a heavy accent should be in the online help section.
They deserve the same rights as us, however if we cann't understand them it is difficult for us both. If they typed we would never have a problem.
If they are on the phone because they speak another language they can still do that if needed.
