Last weekend while I was gutting the sculpin I had managed to scratch up after the WSB bite failed to materialize, a guy came up with 5 albies(biggest ran 19.5 pounds). He said he got them just outside the Coronado kelp. The main bull of fish is still 35 miles, though.
