Hi Jim,
here is an email I recieved from Brandon on the VoyForum Staff concerning the problem;

Okay, I tested it, and then asked some people here about it. Basically the
problem seems to be with the Ad Broker we are using -- they seem to have
many flaws, and we're currently looking for other ones to switch to, which
will benefit us much more, for right now, indeed, it does defeat the whole
purpose of displaying them at all.

Thank you very much for notifying me of this -- hopefully we'll switch
soon.
