~Vixen acknowledged steed's absence as something that was inevitable. Whickering, she tentatively brushed mascu's shoulder with velveteen then began to nibble the blades of grass that protruded the snow.
~Mahogany femorrete, far away, snorted repeatedly at an unidentifiable moving object. It did not continuously traverse her path with purpouse, but instead, it crawled and wobbled then stopped then slinked again. Young bruja had reason to be wary of it, but youth comes with inexperience, and the filly did not know to stear clear of the bear cub. Often, it emitted strange warning growls and grumbles but these served only to hold the femme's interest. The cub finally was near the pine woods and was going under cover. The bay one attempted to follow this unusual animal.
~The silver mare had not known of her filly's danger until she had spotted the filly following the cub into the woods and scented the bear's mother not far off. Crania came up with abruptness and off she went at a canter towards the youth. When she approached her, she bumped her away from the woods and proceeded to herd her back to the others. This was not a moment too soon, for the mother bear had heard her offsprings pleading cries and was on the way to destroy whatever was bothering her cub and arrived shortly after Lily and Amirah returned to the safety of their stallion. This was merely another lesson in the Flower Princess's life.
