Dappled beta does as she is told, Amirah close at her side. Completely alert, they stood, not making a sound. Amirah's limbs trembled but she stood her ground.


*The female ceases roaring and begins to sniff the air furiously. She could not see the horses yet, but she could just almost smell them. Were they the ones who had bothered her cub? The grizzly returns to all fours, unsure of what she should do. Would she attack, or would she leave and tend to more important things? The grand head lifts, she sees a large group of something-horses. But, she can not single one out. The cub stays still beside his mother, still ruffled from being pestered by an equine.
