When the next gen consoles come out I'm pretty sure I'm going with the PS3. I expect it to be more of the same that I've grow to know and love. Nintendo however always seems to have the balls to trying and push games forward by trying new things then one no else is willing to try. I respect them quite highly for this....but upon seeing the new controller for the Revolution.....I'm not sure what to think.....

Holy crap...believe it or not I have never had a party at my house ever. Just graduated and still never had a single party..until last night. My parents were gone for the weekend in New Jersey so I was like..what the hell I'll invite a few people over to get trashed. I invited 8 people. We got to my house at around 8 and we had some absolut vodka..some nice green apple bacarrdi..johnny walker!!! red and black label obviously! And a few cases of bud. It was an innocent little get together. I see another two cars pull in the driveway...holy crap yay bigger fiesta!!! I let them in...15 minutes later another 3 cars. Umm..ok come in i guess. 30 minutes later..all holy fucking hell breaks loose i have about 20 goddam cars in my driveway and there's no way in hell i'm letting them in! I have to fuckin scream at them but they just partied on the deck. I decided to call my manager! Shes about 27 and an angry person. She fuckin left work came over and put the hurt on some football players. They drove and fucked up my lawn broke a few chairs and left. The party continued. By this time two people passed out on my bed, one in the bathroom and one in the middle of the hallway. We made routine checks to make sure everybody was breatching and finished the drinks off. The original people spent the night and they helped me finish cleaning..which is not done but all the puke stains are gone. My house smells like rum and vodka but they dont come back till tomrrow night. Tonight only 2 people are coming over and we're making a nice big eric is so fucked and gonna get killed because the lawn is fucked up dinner. It will be fun. Wish me luck!

Man, I'm worse about this place than anybody else... and I'm supposed to own it!! I even... forgot the board number. -_-; I had also forgotten my lj login. Wow.
Main reason for all this being... I just don't like being on the net much anymore. =P It's sad. I'm as much of a gamer as I ever was, just not OL anymore. *sigh* I don't know if this is good or bad.
At any rate, recently I've been out of town helping my dad after a cancer-related surgery. No worries, he'll be just fine. =) It's just gonna be a little uncomfy for him for a little while, considering where the cancer was.
So, other than that... I've been taking tutoring in Japanese. It's pretty cool. I've also tried writing my e-mails to my friend Hitomi in Japanese for practice. Eventually I want to apply for grad school, but that's a long time away.
I guess not too much else is going on. Alucard found an archive of his ITW board.... It was very interesting. But mine wasn't there. =( I sad.
Hey, Elmo, if you're still about... Or anyone here really. But, anyone play Exalted? If you do, or have heard of it, this is interesting... Someone made up stats for Mog Pirates and Nunjas, Choco Ninjas, a Cactuar Ninja, and a Tonberry Samurai. And Nin-Cha, but I don't get that one... Ah well. Anyway, it was really cute, and funny. Okay, I've never had much respect for the show, except that they chose a decent winner in the first season. However, the other day, I heard clips from the show on the radio. They played a clip of one of the try-out groups, obviously a group of 3 women. I didn't even like their style of music, but I could still hear the talen and immediately had a great deal of respect for them. They had talent and skill. With a little training... They'd be absolutely fantastic. And, like I said, I don't even like that style of music. They sang a capella, in three-part harmony, flawlessly executed as far as I could tell, It's Rainin' Men.
Then they played a clip of Simon's comment. I think it went like this: "There is one thing that can be said about your group... You're all overweight." You could even hear the other judges in the background going, "Oh, come on now!" Apparently these girls were excluded, and I fear it was on the basis of that one comment. From what I've seen, Simon is one of the few people of the world that really deserve the titles "complete and total ass," "bitch (or, alternatively, "bitchmonkey")," "bastard," and, last but not least, "fucker who should die soon just so the rest of us never have to see or hear from him ever again."
End rant.

There's no way in hell i was planning to buy a Nintendo DS..y'know those lil new gameboys. I figured it was a stupid little gimmick..just a GBA with an extra screen.. luckily my girlfriend bought one for me and i'm in awe. The first game i popped in, that mario 64 game, was amazing. Not only have the graphics stayed intact but theres so much more! The minigames are awesome due to the new touch screen. Pulling a slingshot with the pen never gets boring. And the complaints about no control stick? who needs it! it comes with a lil thing that slips over your thumb to slide on the screen..even better then analog stick...gotta go peace buy one NOWWW

Halo 2...i don't want to be the fuckin stupid aliens! Why the hell...I know they had to add something really different but thats fuckin stupid i want badass master chief. And theres no health meter in this game so you just gotta wait til ur shields go down and hide for a bit. And theres no flashlight and some dark parts with the damn alien and you can't see. And the only usefull duel wielding scenario is if u have 2 needlers. Bastards should've just made the online mode and scrapped the single player mode cuz the campaign SUCKS. ;kj;askdjfkasdljf. stupid stupid halo 2 is so stupid. Grenades go half as far from the first game and the marine AI is so stupid. Get this i was in the gunner seat of a warthog and a marine was driving..we drove in circles like fuckin faggits. I was embarassed to be in the car with him so i killed him. GET HALO 1 IF YOU HAVE TO CHOOSE OR YOU'L REGRET IT FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. There's these lil FMV things between scenese and they're stupid too. And with an enemy as amazing as The Flood would've you have their first scene be a pretty cool one? The first time they came i saw two lil mushroom floods walking on the floor. They gayinized the flood. But get this..now we have a sword to use!!! The sword must be the reason why everybody wants this cuz its the only thing good. Multiplayer is ruined by needler loving noobs as well.. peace.

My PS2 memory card got deleted today...I was playing T.H.U.G. and went to save. While it was overwriting it froze...I waited about 5 min but nothing happened...I had to turn it off...I then went to see if the file got corrupted but it was far worst...everything was gone. My Dynasty warrior 3 save that had all weapons (which are really hard to get) my rock'n blitz ball team I was keeping for bragging rights, files for every tony hawk game since TH3, all the .hack files....everything from the last 3 years, gone forever...
I curse the fates for taking away the progress, of one of my only solaces. Please, a moment of silence for the fallen.
And if you don't want to give a moment of silence....I bet you all ready did while reading this so.....OWN3D!.....*coff*

- Wow that sucks... I've never heard of that happening before! Although I had a memory card that apparently no one has ever heard of... It required a start-up disc. You started the PS2 with that disc inside and when it loaded, pressed start and THEN put your game in. When I lost my old PS2 to my own stupidity (tried to get it modded), the new one wouldn't load the start-up disc. The FFX saves were the main loss. Ah well... The new game looks like an action game a la devil may cry and maybe even a bit Ninja Gaiden-esque. It focuses on Vincent and his gunplay and other involved characters have not been announced yet. It's um called..headless horsemen hayrides and its pretty much a half hour haunted scary hayride thing. Some awesome maze and 3 more haunted houses and its only like 20 bucks. I am in a play at school, in choir, and am pledging a fraternity, aside from my classes. I will have no free time whatsover. This is probably a big mistake.
I used to swear that I'd never be in a frat. But I'm foolishly pledging. The frat is Tau Kappa Epsilon. I got so incredibly f***ed up on bid-return night. I've never been that bad before.
I'm sleep deprived already. I will be a zombie soon enough.

Well, I've been in my new city for about a week and a half now. And with my new boyfriend. It's been really stressful.... But wonderful, too. ^_^ I'm really very happy.

I had an interesting first experience over the weekend. I got completely and totally drunk. Heh. It was at a party, and it was actually a lot of fun! I discovered that I can drink my boyfriend under the table, and he's an experienced drinker! Lol. The only bad part of the party was that I had crawled over to this cauldron of dry ice someone brought in, just to look at it because it was cool, and when I was crawling back to my seat, I had an incident with the host's dog. I was on my hands and knees, and the dog almost knocked me over and tried to hump me!! I was the only one who didn't find this incident hilarious. =P
I've also joined a game of D&D. It's pretty fun, but I still have a LOT to learn.
Let's see.... I guess I had better get back to unpacking. Oh man, there's so much stuff to do!! Argh!

If you've ever seen the movie Escape from LA...I think that was the name..by john carpenter the main characters name is Snake Pliskin..or pliskin snake..something like that. What does this have in common with Metal gear solid 2.

Yay for music! Anybody but me love finding good video game sheet music? I'm very happy. Now all I need is a decent piano isntead of my keyboard....
I got written up for dress code violation at work yesterday. I wore a dress that I've worn at least 10 times to work before, and for some reason ONLY yesterday it didn't meet code. What the hell? I was ROYALLY pissed off. I had already worked half my shift when they said I had to go home and change. I just didn't come back. I wonder if I'll get fired tomorrow? Thank God today is my day off. Echostar and Dish Network in general is run by rabid crack monkeys.
But other than crappy work, things are going pretty well... Anyone play/is interested in tabletop RPGs? I joined a game of D&D that I had to quit cause of my job, and now I'm going to join a game of Earthdawn. Should be interesting. What I really want to play is a game that's not very popular but looks really neat. It's called Deadlands. Instead of Dice, it's based off of a deck of cards. And it's sort of like.... The Wild West gone really wrong and fantasy. I like the Mysterious Past and Insanity draws. ^_^

My all time fave movie is being re-released into theaters...not any theaters in my town which is a shame since I've only seen it on video and DVD. Donnie Darko didn't do all that well when it first hit the big screen but it gained enough popularity through word of month that it's getting another chance.
It's an odd movie and I could understand someone not liking it's nonconventional story. Not all the answers are given to what transpires but it is for that reason that I keep watching it over and over again to try and see if there was anything that I missed (and every time I have found at least one thing I did not consider before hand).
Anyone who hasn't seen it you should at least check it out.

So, I've taken some time out to think about life, it's many curve balls and all...and does anyone else ever want to go back and relive a part of their life? Like, a whole year? I mean, we have memories...what good is that? Memories are so strange. Because the moment that one memory hits us in the mind we conjur up several emotions relating to it, whether it be laughter, sadness, anger...etc.
I dont know what I'm saying...or why i'm even writing this to this empty-dead board, but it feels good.
Take my life for example, I dont like to get involved in conflict and drama and all that, sure I'll make fun of people here and there but it's all friendly jokes...I used to be a dick, a raging asshole who tore into the mental binds of others and took a shit on them...haha, sounded so wicked.
I dunno, this almost feels like an old email i'd write and just send it off to a random pal, they'd never respond to any of the gibberish my mind was blowing out of proportion at the time. I'm just saying, i've been 18 years through a life and I dont feel very...er...satisfied. This could come across as dramatic, which i'd hate, or it could come across as a good chat, or conversation...whatever

Well, I got a job. Haven't been able to play Xenosaga, which I just got, because of it. Ah well. It's a really strange job. I do tech support for Dish Network. I also do a bunch of other stuff people call in about, but mainly tech troubleshooting. Still in training. I don't think I'm cut out for this. =P
Anyway.... My boyfriend person had never owned a SNES, so he's gotten Chronicles and is enjoying Chrono Trigger and Final Fantasy IV. I'm so happy. ^_^ He never enjoys the more modern RPGs, though. He only goes for old school stuff.... I wonder why....
Now I've been starting to just not get on the internet for days at a time.... I'm losing my internet addiction!!! NOOOO!!!! Heh. Seriously, I just get caught up and don't really have time... When I'm not at work, I'm sleeping. Ah well.
Anyway.... Just checking in, I guess.

sup fellas..alright so my ps2 is on a verticle stand/speaker thing so its y'know kinda standing on its side. Its supposed to be able to stand liek that right? i mean they have verticle stands and the lil logo flips so itl'l be straight. anyway i've noticed that now none of my games play while the system is lying flat. How weird is that..booger.
