You're welcome Janet!

You know I was born in "Chattanooga" - Cherokee for "The Big Catch" because of good fishing on the Tennessee River.
My grandpa lived on the portion of the TN River which ran through Scottsboro, AL. Some of my best memories were on the 4th of July, and he would take fireworks out on his boat and shoot them over the river - in front of the boat dock where we would sit and watch the display! So, I bet seeing the meteor shower in that setting was beautiful!

Yep, I remember the first time I saw a "red moon" - I was in elementary school! Someone told me that was a "sign" the world as I knew it was about to end?! Well, here I am - about 40 years later!
Thank goodness it was a "false alarm"! :)
But, I agree ...
it was "kinda creepy" all the same!

I've heard that the red moon, or is it the sky? was a sign of bad weather for sailors. But what do I know?

I think it goes ...
“Red sky at night, sailor’s delight."
"Red sky in morning, sailor’s warning!"

Either way, a "red moon" still looks kinda creepy to me!
You know Neeney ...
that "eery" glow during those times might be partially caused by the fumes in the air when the "Monster Mushroom" in Oregon "comes up for air" ...
"sniffin' 'round" for some "tasty tid-bits" from TN as a "midnight snack" ?! :)

Yah that's it!

As for the mushroom, i think it would find stuff closer to home first.

Although Stewart's idea that it would make a good thriller is right. Can you imagine?
