Subject: Christy game

I was thinking of a simple flash Christy game for my site. Have to be fun, interactive but simple to keep cost at a low. Only idea thus far is have Christy pick herbs, roots etc for the good doctor. Then the doctor MacNeill mixes medical supplies to help the community. But even that would become to complex because you'd then need to properly doctor the cove without killing your patients. I think it would also require a lot of graphics and which could become quite costly. Any ideas?

Hi Mark! :)
I like the idea!
Maybe in the gathering and preparation of the supplies an energy source could increase according to the speed of collecting and prep - supplying a "powerpack" of some sort that would aid the Doc in dispensing his medical care?! Kind of a "Trekkie" concept on my part I guess?! :) But, maybe it would enable him to administer care to all those in need - the high score would be found in the quickest and safest route of "doctoring" his patients.?!

Maybe I should do crossword puzzles, or do printable word searches for now. Just keep it all simple at the moment. An animated game could prove difficult and very costly. I'll continue to pray though.

Yep - I agree Mark - a good place to begin would definitely be the "crossword" or "word search" puzzles. Any kind of trivia based games are always fun in my opinion.

I respectfully suggest being very careful regarding using the characters for anything as those holding the rights to Christy take any use extremely seriously especially if money is at all involved.Just an FYI love on ya Stewart

Thanks Stewart for your advice. I truly agree one can never be to careful. Like I got permission to use a audio book sound clip of the new audio book with Kellie Martin and the publishing company allowed me to use the written text of the same section to use together on my site. But Nancy LeSourd won't give me the time of day she has avoided all my emails to date but she has my email addy and website address if she ever wants to talk.

Some days I just want to abandon the Christy site then others I want to make it something special. I'm honored you spoke to me Stewart, thank you and thank you too BC you're a good friend and I greatly appreciate your advice as well.
