Yep! I agree Heather! If it's gonna get that cold, there should at least be a few snowflakes along with the freezin' temps! :)
I hope you guys get at least one snowfall before winter is over.
btw, my intuition was correct - the schools in our county are closed again tomorrow for "Snowday" #5 ...
so, we've almost used up all of the allowable (built-in) "snowdays" before they start adding on extra "make-up" days to the end of the school year.

I'm pleased with conditions here. Lately we've gotten snow in the late afternoon, then by morning its started to rain and the snow disappears.
We've had several late starts, but seldom have the whole day off. (No make-up days!)

The only problem is that the rivers are getting awfully high.

Well, we are home today. Really doesn't look like much snow, but I think some of the roads were slick and some drifting. We only have 1 build in snow day , so anything else will be tacked onto the end of the school year. I hope we don't have any more! Give me late starts and early outs :) Hope everyone is doing well. BC do you have any good bus driving stories when there was nasty weather?

I don't know why ...
but lately, when I try to edit my posts they duplicate themselves and begin a new thread ...
so my answer to your question ended up in another location JennOK!
sorry 'bout that!
