We've been calling it the "snowpocalypse" down in GA. I love snow, and yes, we all enjoyed it when we had dad home for 4 paid days that week, but when we woke up this week to snow again, I must admit we all groaned. I had three meetings and a photo shoot that day I had to work around.

Thankfully, it mostly melted down by lunch. Nothing like the last time. :) And so beautiful! Crystal blue skies, with everything sparkling in the sunlight. It was a real treat to actually see the beauty of it all. Last time it was overcast for a week and very dull.

re: "snow" ...
*** burr, makes me "shiver and shudder" just to think about it! :)
anyways ...
in an attempt to continue my own personal "attitude adjustment" regarding "frozen precip" ...
I searched for some quotes ...
and, here's a few that I found ...

*** seeing as I now have not one, but TWO cats who have recently "adopted" me ...
- I feel I should begin with this one ...
“Cats are smarter than dogs..."
"You can't get eight cats to pull a sled through snow!" :)
- Jeff Valdez

*** re: my recent "adoptions ...
What can I say?! My computer sits on the table right in front of a large "picture" window
- which on the outside has a ledge ...
- large enough to allow my newly adopted friends to stare pityfully into my home (in below-freezing temps)
- yes, I "gave in"
- I was officially "adopted" the moment they entered our home! :)
- their names are well-earned and self-explanatory in regards to their own individual attitudes and personalities ...
1. a grey tabby - "Blitzen Von Garfield Trapper"
and
2. a "ginger" tabby - "Rufus Houdini Hawkeye"

anyways ...
to continue ...
“Snow and adolescence are the only problems that disappear if you ignore them long enough.”
- Earl Wilson

“When it snows, you have two choices: shovel or make snow angels”
- author unknown

“Advice is like snow; the softer it falls, the longer it dwells upon, and the deeper it sinks into, the mind.”
- Samuel Taylor Coleridge

"The future lies before you, like paths of pure white snow. Be careful how you tread it, for every step will show.”
- author unknown

“Kindness is like snow - it beautifies everything it covers”
- author unknown

- BC :)
