Subject: Personality types quiz results

I took the test for fun although I normally don't take them. Anyway, it said I am:

Introvert 75% extrovert 25%
Sensing 63.5 intuitive 36.5
Thinking 64.5 feeling 35.5
Judging 59 perceiving 41

I think ISTJs are supposed to be one of the smallest groups.

Second on the career suggestions: librarian. Guess I picked the right career?

Other career suggestion were the armed services, I nearly joined the Navy and wildlife conservation, I strongly considered becoming a park ranger. But the top one was a career in marketing research!? That doesn't sound like me. I like all kinds of research, especially historical, but NOT marketing.

What they said I shouldn't be is an actor, artist, musical performer, fashion designer, bartender, school counselor or other things I would have never considered in the first place. But, gee, those things so sound like SFM!

However, it did say that I shouldn't be a photographer. Hey, I love to take nature pictures, just not pictures with people in them.

BC, so your are a "dreamer"? I missed the labels page. Gotta see how they labeled me? In elementary school I remember being "labeled" LD (learning disability)and had to go to SPEd classes and summer school where my aunt, a teacher, finally found out I mostly had a speech impediment and slight dyslexia aggravated by nervousness and pressure.

HA! That is two of us! I actually have seriously thought of becoming a librarian several times. Right now I love my job as a marketing assistant working with books, so I'll stick with that :)

I too came up with ISTJ, but what I thought was interesting was that a lot of the things I shouldn't be I used to really enjoy. I was much more an extrovert and impulsive when I was younger, and I think the stress of life in general has made me much more withdrawn. I don't have any close friends, which makes me sad, and I've lost any of the "fun" I used to be. I tend to focus on what I can and can't control. I know I need to "lighten up", and become involved in some outside activities, but I guess I've forgotten how to do that. Hopefully the "old" me still exists a little, because I know she'd love to come out once in awhile.

to determine exactly which type of "Looney Toon" I be!
