Subject: Birds-eye Taylor

Did Birds-eye Taylor have a first name in Christy? Thought maybe some one would know and if so what it was. Thanks in advance.

Nope-he just went as "Bird-Eye." Apparently Mike Hickman (the actor) is one of the only original Christy-ites that still attends "Christyfest" every year.

According to the book, he did have a first name, but after being such a good shot, he earned the name Bird's eye because he could shoot the Bird's eye out from quite a distance. There is no mention in the book, what that first name was before.
