Subject: Happy 53rd Birthday!

Jed--Happy birthday! My mom got me a kilt and made me wear it. I know my relatives were from Scotland, but how do you guys wear these things! YIKES! Poor girls.

Jo--I wish you a very big bear hug for your happy birthday!

Hannah-Happy birthday! Did you get our cards? I wrote the last one on the bottom because I was the last one to write on the card. I hope you have a great day!

Cathy--I hope your day is extra special today. When we celebrate a birthday in our family the birthday person gets to be "KING" for a day. They get to pick what we eat for dinner, too. Jed always picks Golden Corrall buffet-all you can eat shrimp. Joanna loves chicken and dumplings. Hannah loves Longhorn Restaurant. And we do something fun as a family. This year it was laser tag. What fun!

This was Jed's favorite card. He loved it so much, he memorized it. Too funny.
