Subject: An elderly fleet of ships, a spider, and Scooby Dooby Doo!

Normally, I'd post something like this over at the ILS, but I really dun feel like it for some reason, so...thoughts on my past 2 days can be found...well, right here.

1.) Spider-Man. I saw the movie last night. And I must say...I was sadly disappointed in the film. Maybe it was my disgust with the over-the-top CGI used in the film. Or maybe it's the fact that Tobey McGuire has the personality of a cardboard box. I dunno. Sad to say, I found myself bored and wondering when it would end. I giggled anytime Spider-Man and the Goblin had a conversation. Something about watching two characters interact like that with no visable, moving mouths just tickled my funny bone. I'll probably post a longer review somewhere. Heck, I may even throw something about it up on the Pie Shop later, if time allows.

Hopefully, my dreams for Star Wars II won't be as dashed as they were with the spider.

2.) Old Navy. I just went today and turned my application in to the new store opening. I've got a good feeling about this one. The lady seemed very nice, and something about the way she told me I may be hearing from them made me think I've got a good shot. Only drawback to the job? I passed my ex going for a second interview on my way out. It'll be my luck, I'm telling you...

3.) In anticipation of the new Scooby Doo movie (June 14!), I blew 20 bucks today and bought some new floor mats for my car. Booyaka.

4.) Graduation. I think most of you know what it feels like to Graduate from High School. Ours was Friday night, and I have this really weird feeling setting in where I won't be going back there as a student anymore. Just...odd.

5.) I coulda sworn I had something to throw in here for number 5, but apparently I don't. Go figure. I'm outta here.
