Fact is, it would've been (to quote a certain character from The Princess Bride) INCONCEIVEABLE for Nina not to kill Teri before attempting to escape. Also, The actor playing Teri (whose name eludes me for the moment) did not wish to return, figuring that her character had done it all in the first go-round.

Yes, it was gut-wrenching; I felt a little queasy with that ending. However, it was inevitable that someone was gonna end up dead at the end ...

(Worst part was, Jack Bauer lost his unborn child in the process.)


What was weird was how Dennis Hopper's character bit the dust after only a half-hour or so of the finale.


I certainly look forward to next season; at least Fox has the sense to nurture the show. (As for Titus ... well, that's another story altogether.)
