Subject: Hoosier weather

As I went to work, it was starting to snow. We eventually got a couple of inches* of the soft white stuff. And then I saw that beautiful sight...you know what I'm talking out...yes, that's right...salt trucks! Yay for ice being melted and cars being rusted prematurely!

Now about a week ago we had weather actually writing about. We got about 6-8 inches* of snow dumped on us, and then 40 mph* winds caused the snow to drift, so the roads out in the country were impossible to keep clear and were just impassible for one night. You see, that's the sort of weather that can worry you. Today's weather was meh-worthy. Aside from having to pull out the ice-scraper for my car, I barely noticed.

Now if you excuse me, I must stand over the toilet for a while. The image of Gok in a state of partial undress being hot and sweaty did enter my mind. *shudder* Must...remove...image...from...mind...must...think...of...Natalie...Portman...

* I'm including American units of measure just for you, Goktimus. ;-)
