The resolution is pretty blurry, making the text hard to read -- could possibly be Chinese, not Japanese (in which case we may have to ask Henrius Prime to translate).

I'll show this clip to Tiger Convoy and see if he can read it. Either he or I will post another reply on this thread if we learn anything new.
