Seems to me that Perceptor is the combined form of High Wire, Grindor, and A mysterious motor scooter rather than a motorbike.

Makes me wonder wether this Scooter will be called Scootor, and if so: Have the Gobots infiltrarted the ranks of the Transformers?, can Turbo and Cop-tur be far behind? After years of persecution have Gobots been accepted in to TF society?, and will this spell doom for the Transformers?

If I recall corectly Leader-1 was the leader of the Guardians the crummy goody two-shoes side.
