but something got lost in time. I hear that in the outskirts of town, the closer to the original version is done. Top it off, most who do Mardi Gras are not really Christians, they are people looking for a party, reason to get drunk, and cheap thrill. I think the Outskirt one is better, few floats, no floozes, and much cheer than beer.
