"Ignorance by itself is not too dangerous. If you combine it with power, this is a toxic mix." Yuval Noah Harari, Israeli historian and best-selling author of the book Sapiens, quoted in the Feb 27/Mar 6, 2017 issue of TIME. Harari was referring to future misuse by mankind of advanced technologies such as bioengineering or AI. I'm thinking it might also apply to other areas like, perhaps, government and politics?
