Sorry, Bill, for the delay in responding to your informative and timely insert in the class forum, but I didn’t want to get in the way of the multitudes of our class students who were also concerned about your bout with cancer and wanted to express their feelings. I did notice that the forum was not overflowing with comments, so I must assume, tongue in cheek, that the other forms of social media, like face book, twitter, and the like, have received the bulk of these notices of caring. However, as one of the most dedicated and hard working of the SCTHS class of 1961, I do thank you for your excellent tips and concerns for us all regarding a dangerous and often overlooked medical issue. Melanoma is a insidious ailment and your recommendations are excellent reminders to us all, with summer just around the corner, at least in some of the nation. Thanks again for all your hard work for the class and be assured that some of us wish and pray for your continued good health and complete healing…and, of course, we will remain happy!!
