Subject: Meeting Results

Firstly, thanks to everyone who came to the meeting and the hunting afterwards - that was fun :)

ActualFantasy was welcomed back to CLOWN at the meeting, and Aiken was added back onto the Faction stone. He is back on a trial period, but as long as there are no more problems everyone was happy to have him back :)


A council was discussed to deal with situations like that in the future. The suggested council was:
Maudril
Baretta
Svensk
Saxon
Balisarious
Beldin
Slinver

Everyone on that list has been spoken to, and has accepted, except Balisarious, who I haven't managed to speak to yet. Let me know Bal :)

If there are any problems in the future, using the AF situation as an example, instead of one or two people making a difficult decision, the council can discuss the issue, then talk as a group with the person involved. This should make it a lot easier to deal with issues in a CLOWNly way :)

Also, discussed, were ways to attract new people to CLOWN. Methods suggested were CLOWN attacks and organised hunts - the more people see CLOWN going around as a guild and acting nicely as CLOWN's, the more we will be remembered.

I don't think I've forgotten anything, hope not! Again, thanks to everyone for a great evening :)
