Subject: How many of you out there are not married

How many single people who have jobs are singled out to work when they want time off but can't because they are not married. It doesn't matter if you have more time than they do and just depends on if you are married first. My brother has been working for dfas for 7 years and wanted to take a half a day off Thursday and was told he could have it off. We all had plans to go to Houlton because my mother has been in the hospital for over a month she had a broken hip and a bad heart attack. We wanted to take her some where since she has been cooped up for so long but our plans were screwed up because of a certain boss who feels as if married people should have it off before single people. These people who are taking it off have only been there less than a year. My brother has been under a lot of stress this year because of what's been going on and I have found out after having a stress test that I don't have enough oxygen going through my heart for the blood to flow. I have requested Gary's doctor to give him a stress test and in anyway he has anything wrong with his heart I will be talking to some higher about what's going on. How do you single people feel when you have time coming to you and your not allowed to take it. They have laws for everything but not for discriminating against a single person. Someday his boss is going to be in our shoes and she will know what it is like to be in this prediction and I will be here to hear about it. Diana
