Subject: Voting - counting votes.

Help me with my math...
If our leaders are getting elected on less than 50%,(35-49)
and roughly 60% (50-70) of voters vote,
then roughly 25% (20-30)of the elegible voting population is electing our leaders!!

Why should all the electoral votes go to one candidate?
Each district should be heard!
