I have emailed JoAnn Emerson this letter. i put President Bush in also after I sent it to Emerson.

DEAR Mrs.Emerson,and President Bush,
I have some GREAT concerns about the public school my children attend.We need some help from whoever can help us. I have called the Missouri Protection and Advocacy for the past 4 months,but can't get a response.
Here it goes!!!!
My children attend the Bloomfield School in Missouri.I have had nothing but trouble for the past few years.I'am not an over reactive mother,I have let so much go unsaid.I just want what is best for my children.They are not getting the education they need.They have both been diagnosed with ADHD.I have spoke to the principle of my sons school.He recomended we send him to an alternative school, because; they don't have anything in the school to help him .He also said that with his diagnoses,it didn't mean he actually had it.We explained to him that he has medically been diagnosed with this disability. He said my son would have to be tested through the school,this is what he told my husband and I during a meeting we had with him, over the bus driver swirving and knocking my son out of his seat. .Im sure the test they done on my son would come back as nothing wrong with him , beause every time we say something to the school it always backfires on us .We get notes home almost every day saying he has done something wrong.He is being falsely accused of things.Don't get me wrong im not saying my children are perfect little angels ,because they're not.They're also not that bad .We feel like they are pushing to put my son in an alternative school,because they don't want to deal with children with ADHD.The school nurse pushed really hard last year to help these children with ADHD,she got fired from her job.I emailed the superintendant and explained to her how much the nurse had helped my children.That is when more trouble started. Not one time have they offered any special help for either of my children.They both have had failing grades .Owen, my son had almost all f's last year and they still passed him .I have helped as much as I can.I have my son put in after school tutoring.I do not know what else to do.If I had just a chance to talk to you personally I could tell you so much more about the school they attend. Mrs. Emerson,and President Bush. I have been advised not to push any issues with the school,because it would backfire in my face.The superintendants brother is the head of the juvenile office.and the judge is really hard on kids ,too hard .I have never once met the judge that has made the rulings on my sons' case. I had to hire an attorney to serve my son last year.I was promised that it would end after the 28th of September,now it is going on until the 28th of December.It is driving me nuts.I'am on nerve pills now because of all trouble that is constantly stirred up with my children.All I want is a good education and a peaceful education for my kids .I feel like i'm being pushed to home school my children ,which is what I will do.It should'nt be this way.Where do our childrens'rights come in .I have dealt with teachers scratching my little girl,which happened yesterday, there was a scratch on her right arm ,and a bruise on her left arm. When I called the school and asked her about it, she said she never touched my daughter,to get her and bring her up there,really hateful.when I got up to the school in front of the principle ,and I brought a police officer in there with me as a witness,she said she grabbed Veronica's shoulders and turned her around.Today my daughter was paddled after the principle and superintendant talked to her .Not once did they call me .They asked my daughter why she brought an officer with her to the meeting .They really harrrssed my daughter over this .My daughter heard her teacher in the hallwat telling other teachers about her bringing a police officer with her .This nonsense has to stop.There was a teacher that told my sons'class to not believe him because he was a thief and a liar .This same teacher shoved my son.The principle at the time told us that the teacher didn't have children of her own ,so she didn't know how to handle them in a way we would do as parents.All the principle and superintendant can do is tell us things to lead us in another direction,{passify us in other words] . Both of my children hate school,because of the way they are treated. I don't want this for them .They have a long way to go .There is so much more to tell you.
I NEED HELP PLEASE!!!!!!
