NO! Chyiomi Fukino stated only that the Hawaii Department of Health had an original document. They said nothing about the information contained in that document said. They only acknowledged that it existed.

Hawaiian law provided for numerous ways for such a document to be created at the time of Obama's birth, including birth outside of the state.
