 Daughter would like to know death and burial date and place for Jack (John William/Wellington) Cleveland, last seen ca 1942, in a Navy uniform. Born ca 1911, ?Waterloo, Iowa; d. possibly ca 1964. Married 1932, Union Co. S.D., Lorraine Gail Miller, 1908-1998. Father: Harold G. Cleveland, Mother: Hazel Kintz. Divorced, Hazel Kintz m. 2nd. Arthur Rosenquist, moved to Racine, WI. Cannot find him on any census. Any information appreciated. There are two living children.
