Wilbur Jackson Cleveland disappeared after a fire in Altoona, AL before 1910 and was thought to have died in the fire. He reappeared in the 1940's shortly before his death in 1943. I am particularly interested in knowing if he had a second family--he said that he did not. It is more than likely that he kept someone company for those 30 or so years that he was "missing" and he was still a relatively young man--in his late 30's--when he left his young family. His wife (Ada Beatrice Debter) had passed away in mid-1908 and they had 3 very young children.
