Amaziah Cleveland born 9 Feb. 1745/1746 in Pomfret, Windham, Connecticut married Sarah Marvin abt. 1776.They had nine children (listed below) He first settled in Wythe Co., Virginia, removed to Shelby, Kentucky and always afterward dwelt there; farmer. 1. My niece, Amanda, says that she has been in touch with you, but I don't know if she passed any of this info on to you. I have Hezekia's Civil War pension records, or copy of. According to the records, he was married to Carolin Harrell on 6-14-71 at Jeffersonville, Clark Co, Ind Court House. His children were Jasper and Lindsey, 1-23-77, Rexie Ann 2-3-80, Paul, 8-17-84, Louis 6-2-93. Unfortounately, on another page of the pension claim form, he states his wife is Rebecca Harroll, married 1872 in Charleston, Clark Co. And on another page, filled out in 1915, he adds two more older children, James Thomas, 9-14-72, and Defelos? can't read writing, 5-11-74. He was sick and absent according to numerous muster roles and finally discharge on diability on 6-26-65 and passed on 9-13-1925. He was born 4-19-1844, same birthday as my dad.
