There was a William(#93), b1718,Gloucester Va d1788, Loudon Va m Mary(#733). John Cleveland came into SC/GA line, along the Tugaloo River in late 1700s, among very first white men in area. Rubin was the first white child born in area. They settled up and down the river. Look at Franklin, Hart, Elbert Counties in GA. He had eleven children. One of his children was John, my fifth Great Grandfather. John had a brother named Jeremiah, who had a son named Jacob, who had a son named William. William married Mary SEAGGS and had a daughter named Mary.
