One of my flatmates will be moving out soon, so I'm looking for replacement.

The room that will be available is the room that I am using now, which is approx. 3.3m x 2.7m. Flat includes shared use of toilets (x2), bathroom, kitchen and lounge room.

Non-smoker with interest in anime/scifi stuff is preferred.

Bills shared. Rent is $76/week.
