Subject: Screwing Hasbro-Australia Back!

Hi everyone,

I have a question that goes out to anyone who has had dealings with Hasbro-Australia's Customer Service people.

Today I found a partly opened Armada Optimus Prime toy that was complete aside from the smokestacks/pistol halves. I managed to get a sizeable discount off the price of the toy and currently have it on lay-buy.

I'm not overly concerned by the lack of smokestacks because I think they're pretty damn ugly on the big toy anyway (the ones on Deluxe Prime are pretty nifty, but I digress), but can anyone tell me if I could theoretically get Hasbro-Australia to send me the parts or a a replacement toy without my disclosing any more information than "It came without the parts"?

I don't want to lie to them in any way, but I don't really want them to know that I got the toy knowing that the parts were absent.
