That's a pretty good price, compared to the airfares I usually have to pay to go to BotCon/OTFCC, which is usually in the peak travel period. March is still coming out of their winter, so flights probably would still be discounted to the Northern hemisphere. If I had oodles of money to throw away, I'd probably go to that, just to heckle the Dreamwave people >:(
I'm not too happy about the sudden end to their comics, leaving several stories unresolved. Considering they must have known some time ago that they weren't going to renew the license for 2005, they could have wound up some of their series by December, or at least not started others.
Oh yeah, the convention would be a good place to meet fans and buy stuff as well as heckle guests. :)
