I'm sure it's there, but for the life of me I can't think of where it is and I really don't feel like popping in the tape right now.

Oh, and for what it's worth I agree with you about English not belonging in Armada #1, but although I don't have the book it seems likely to me that the comic is really meant to appeal to new younger fans of Transformers who aren't familiar with the Transformers of 20 years ago don't consider the presence of English text on another planet.

That doesn't excuse the lack of creative elbow grease, it's just a thought.
