Just speculation, but...

Armorhide = Warpath (Based on alt. mode, relative size, and the love of blowing things up.)

Rotor = Blades (Based on alt. mode and relative size.)

Movor = Cosmos (Based on alt. mode and relative size, as well as his job of Reconnaissance and Communications.)

Mega-Octane = Hardhead (Based on alt. mode and relative size, as well as the fact that I'm stuck and can't think of anyone better. :-p )

Scourge = Roadbuster (I know some of your are probably saying "who?" He never appeared on the cartoon or in the US comics, but he had a toy that was about the right size. His alt. mode was a heavy assault ground vehicle, his job was Ground Assault Commander, and his tech specs sound just right for Scourge.)

Function: Ground Assault Commander
Group: Autobot
"War is a dirty business... and I'm as dirty as they come."

Likes to pass the time 'demolishing Decepticons'. Not happy if not fighting... bores easily, quietest of Autobots when not in battle. Charismatic in combat... inspiring to fellow warriors. Natural leader. Can traverse most terrains as 4-WD, 600 mile range. Carries turret-mounted linear blaster gun... can blow a hole in 2-foot thick concrete. As a robot has laser rifle and shrapnel-missile launcher.
