I believe there is also something else added in the mix. You are only allowed a certain percentage of a cedrtain number vote. If a lot of people vote your car an 8 after a while the votes do not count. I believe this was put in place to equalize the cars but in reality it will have all cars eqaully scored after a long time on the board.

Case in point, I have over 100 ones and tens, if you vote a one or a ten for my car it will not register as a cast vote. Something needs to be changed in the vote collection process, I don't knw what but something is amiss. Dave
